Installing it

  1. Tap Download the app on your phone and open the file when the download finishes.
  2. Android asks whether your browser may install apps. Allow it for this install (Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps).
  3. Tap Install, then open Jobdeck and sign in as you do in the browser.

An update is installed the same way, over the top of the app you have. Android only accepts it when it is signed with the same certificate, which is why the certificate's fingerprint is printed above.

Checking the file before you install it

The SHA-256 above is the checksum of the exact file this page offers. On a computer, compare it with sha256sum jobdeck-*.apk (Linux), shasum -a 256 jobdeck-*.apk (macOS) or Get-FileHash jobdeck-*.apk (Windows). Android developers can check the signing certificate with apksigner verify --print-certs.

If either value differs from this page, do not install the file.
