Jobdeck

Job management that carries your paperwork

A board your crew will actually use, with the two things a board cannot do for you: quotes that can prove they have not been altered, and time records built for the law that governs them.

Create a workspace Download Android APK See pricing

Start on the Free plan. Every plan exports every board as CSV.

Three things that are not features

They are obligations. A generic board leaves them with you.

An accepted quote is sealed

When a client accepts, we hash the exact document and keep the seal. If a line, a quantity or a rate moves afterwards, the quote is flagged and every later conversation about scope starts from evidence rather than memory.

Time records that hold up

Minutes are computed, never typed. Edits after submission need a reason and keep the original. Approved periods lock, and payroll refuses to export an unapproved one — because a wage record altered inside a paid period is not evidence.

Invoices with the particulars

Every invoice carries what §14 UStG requires, including the reverse-charge wording where it applies. A business customer cannot deduct input tax without them, so this is not a nicety.

A view is the same rows drawn differently. Charging for the drawing is a pricing decision dressed as a feature, and the customer who most needs a calendar is the one with a hundred jobs and a deadline problem.

Pricing, in full

One job, from the first call to the invoice

The same card carries it the whole way, so nothing is typed twice.

  1. The enquiry arrives

From a form on your own website, straight onto the board as a card.

  2. The quote is accepted

Your client accepts online and the exact document is sealed at that moment.

  3. The work gets done

Scheduled on the calendar, timed on site, with photos and a checklist on the job.

  4. The client signs, you invoice

A signed handover, then an invoice with every particular, as an e-invoice where required.

Built for the van, not the office

Most of this product is used standing up, on a phone, with one bar of signal.

Keeps working with no signal

A change made in a basement is saved on the phone and sent when the connection comes back. Nothing typed is lost to a dead spot.

Photos go on the job

Take a photo from the job itself and it is attached there, not in a camera roll somebody has to sort through on Friday.

Sign-off on the spot

The client signs the handover on your screen. The signed record is kept with the job and they get a copy.

Free seats for people who only log time

An apprentice who records hours does not cost you an editor seat, so everybody can be on it.

Jobdeck for Android

The same workspace as an app on the phone in the van, built to keep working where the signal does not.

  • Keeps working without signal. Timers, notes and changes made in a basement or a plant room stay on the phone and are sent when it reconnects.
  • Signatures on the screen. The client signs the handover on your phone or tablet, and the signed record stays with the job.
  • Photos on the job. Pictures taken from the job card are filed with it, not lost in somebody's camera roll.

Not published yet

The Android app has not been published on this site yet. Jobdeck works in the browser on any phone in the meantime.

A calendar that keeps up with the day

Jobs, appointments and reminders on one calendar, by month, week or day, across every board you can see.

Times, not just dates

Give a job a start time and a length, or add an entry that is not a job at all: a site meeting, a supplier call, the dentist.

Drag to reschedule

Move an entry to another slot, or drag its edge to make it longer. It works with a finger on a phone, and every change can be made from the keyboard too.

On your phone's calendar

Subscribe from Google, Apple or Outlook with a private link and your jobs and appointments appear there. Turn the link off whenever you like.

Private when it should be

A private entry is yours alone. Nobody else in the workspace sees it, administrators included, and it repeats daily, weekly, monthly or yearly if you want it to.

Or just for your own life

Jobdeck works as a plain task list too. Choose “Just me” when you sign up and there are no customers, quotes or invoices: just tasks, a calendar and reminders.

Only what you use

Accounting, clients, time tracking, compliance and the rest are switches under Preferences, Features. Turn any of them off or back on whenever you like; nothing is deleted.

Tasks, not jobs

A personal workspace says “task” throughout, opens in the simpler layout, and a task needs nothing but a title.

Things that come round again

On a paid plan, repeating tasks bring the bins, the bills and the MOT back by themselves. They stay switched on in a personal workspace.

Free to start

The Free plan covers the board, the calendar and reminders. If you later start a business, switch its tools on in the same workspace.
